DELIVERY

• Free shipping is available on orders over $300.  A $35 shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
• For exchanges or returns, please contact our customer service team.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country and are beyond our control. If a package is refused, it will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Any related costs (such as round-trip shipping and customs fees) will be deducted from the refund.
• All jewellery is made to order after payment is completed. Production usually takes 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Shipping may take around 14–21 business days.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, it will be re-shipped after the shipping fee is paid again.
• Please make sure to review the above information before placing your order.

RETRUEN and EXCHANGE 

• [ 32DAWN ] jewellery is made to order. Slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, and these are not considered defects.
• As each item is produced after your order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind.
• If there is a defect, please request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your item. All exchange/refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. (After contacting customer service, the item must be returned to 32DAWN for inspection.)
• Exchanges are limited to one time per item and only for the same product. (Excludes discounted items, damage caused by misuse, or items with signs of wear.)
• For credit card payments, refunds will be processed as a cancellation of the original transaction.
